501(c)(3) is a section of the Internal Revenue Service tax code that provides tax exemptions for certain public charities, private foundations, and other nonprofit organizations. Based on our own experience, we will inform you if your organization will likely qualify and confirm if your organization will be better served filing the short application or the long application. Next steps will be to review your supporting paperwork such as financial statements, articles of Incorporation, etc. and advise if amendments are needed. Finally, we will prepare the application for you in its entirety and file the application.
